GYST is a fleet of New York City's best assistants. They are on a mission to simplify the lives and increase the capacity of their clients by providing excellent assistant support in a maximally flexible model.
When they approached me to create a site for their new brand, I was thrilled to take it on. It was absolutely imperative that the site have spunk and energy, just like GYST CEO Brooke Stone. We wanted a squeaky clean vibe, something that felt open, postive, and bright.
The pristine energy of the site needed to also be punctuated with accents of color, establishing a recognizable pattern and mood for potential customers. The silly and energetic photography provided by New York's Dirty Sugar Photography brought so much vivacious energy to the mix.
We established a recognizable and flexible color palette that would allow for pops of color to accent the pristine clean energy of the site. Each page takes on one of the colors from the scheme.
An adaptable design layout that adjusts to all screen and device sizes, from portrait orientation on a phone, to landscape on a large display screen.
All the content is aggregated through custom PHP, allowing for the client to update their site through a wordpress editor in a few clicks.
